Established in 2001, the California Endowment Scholars in Health Policy at Harvard University is designed to prepare California's outstanding physicians, dentists, and mental health providers, particularly health professionals from groups underrepresented in medicine, for leadership roles in formulating and implementing public health policy in a multicultural and ethnically diverse society.
